Western Blot:[NBP3-29102]-Detection of human and mouse CCT2 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T , Jurkat , HeLa and mouse NIH 3T3 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCT2 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CCT2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCT2 antibody , which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 10 seconds and 3 seconds.
