Western Blot: TNKS2 Antibody [NBP1-36993] - HEK293 overexpressing TANK2 (lane 4) and TANK1 (lane 2) and probed with NBP1-36993 (mock transfection in first lane). Lane three is empty. WB: In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing TANK2 a band of approx. 127 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The calculated molecular size is 127 kDa band according to NP_079511.1.
