Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TOE1 antibody used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. TOE1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TOE1 antibody , which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TOE1, was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
