Western Blot: Transferrin Antibody [NBP1-97472] - Transfer of hippocampal/hypothalamic PTMS to other brain regions & the blood.(A, B) 3-mo male C57BL/6 mice were injected with a dose of synapsin promoter-driven PTMS-HA lentivirus in one side of the posterior hypothalamus (A) or both sides of the hippocampus targeting CA1 & dentate gyrus (B). At 2 wk post injection, brain sections were immunostained for HA in the injected regions versus other brain areas. Small arrows pointed to some HA positive cells in transfer brain regions.
