Application Notes
WB: Approx. 75 kDa band observed in human lung and testis and in mouse kidney, lung and testis lysates (calculated MW of 79.9 kDa band according to human NP_443187.1 and 79.8 kDa band according to mouse NP_001153896.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 17 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
