Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRPS1 antibody NBP2-04082 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml (A) and 0.4 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. TRPS1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TRPS1 antibody NBP2-04120, which recognizes a downstream epitope.
