Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UBE2O antibody A301-873A (lot A301-873A-3) used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. UBE2O was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-UBE2O antibody BL7369.
