Viral Dengue Virus NS1 Antibody

Detection of Dengue Virus NS1 by Western Blot.

Western blot shows recombinant Dengue Virus (DENV) 1, recombinant DENV2, recombinant DENV3, and recombinant DENV4. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Viral Dengue Virus NS1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB94401) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Dengue Virus NS1 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.

Dengue Virus 1/3 NS1 ELISA Standard Curve.

Recombinant Dengue Virus 1 NS1 or Recombinant Dengue Virus 3 NS1 protein was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by Mouse Anti-Dengue Virus NS1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB94401) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Mouse Anti-Dengue Virus 1/3 NS1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB94402) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998) followed by Substrate Solution (Catalog # DY999) and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution (Catalog # DY994).
