Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: XRCC2 Antibody [NBP3-23484] - Immunofluorescence staining of HPV16-SMCC-A1469 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human HPV16-SMCC-A1469 polyclonal antibody (1:100 dilution) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody [Alexa Fluor 488] (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.Applications for XRCC2 Antibody
