ExCellerate™ T Cell Media, Animal Component-Free

Stem Cell Memory Population is enhanced when using ExCellerate™ Human T Cell Media, ACF compared to other media suppliers. Two donors were evaluated after nine days in culture within a G-Rex® Bioreactor with media supplemented with 10 ng/mL of BT007-AFL and 10 ng/mL of BT-015-AFL. Flow Cytometry was used to evaluate CCR7+ T Cells.

A fully Animal-Free and Serum-Free T Cell process expands viable T cells similar to other Xeno-Free media alternatives. Two donors were evaluated for expansion and viability during a 9 day culture period in a G-Rex® bioreactor supplemented with 10 ng/mL of BT-007-AFL and 10 ng/mL of BT-015-AFL.

Excellerate™ Human T Cell Media, Animal-Component Free supports edited and non-edited T cell cultures. Both Lentiviral transduction and TcBuster™ transposition of a CD19 CAR was evaluated at day 8 and 9 of culture within a G-Rex® bioreactor.
