DDX10, also known as Probable ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX10, is a 100.9 kDa 875 amino acid protein that unwinds RNA as a part of the DEAD box protein family. This protein is being researched for its connection to diseases and disorders such as leukemia, malaria, and myelodysplastic syndrome. Little is known about the proteins interactions with other proteins and pathways.
