Background: TIRAP (TLR2 and TLR4)

TIRAP (TLR2 and TLR4) Protein (toll-interleukin1 receptor (TIR) domain containing adaptor protein) contains 1 TIR domain. This protein is an adapter molecule associated with toll-like receptors. The innate immune system recognizes microbial pathogens through Toll-like receptors (TLRs), which identify pathogen-associated molecular patterns. Adapter protein, TIRAP (TLR2 and TLR4) Protein, is involved in TLR2 and TLR4 signaling pathways in the innate immune response. Recombinant human TIRAP (TLR2 and TLR4) protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
