Detection of Rat IgG Primary Antibody by Flow Cytometry
RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse IL-38/IL-1F10 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7774, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (open histogram), followed by Fluorescein-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0104B) at 10 uL/106 cells.
