Photo-lenalidomide-acid is a functionalized cereblon ligand containing a dimethoxy azo-benzene photoswitch; for use as a precursor to photoswitchable Degraders (PHOTACs). Photo-lenalidomide-acid is supplied with a carboxylic acid functional handle for ready conjugation to a linker/target protein ligand.
