ACAD11, also known as Acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family member 11, consists of a 87 kDa, 76 kDa, and 74 kDa isoform, and is involved in processes regarding saturated C22-CoA. Disease research is currently being conducted on ACAD11 and its relation to hepatitis b, meningioma, neuroblastoma, mycobacterium tuberculosis, and leukemia. This protein has been linked to the process of fatty acid beta-oxidation where it interacts with ESR2, TbkBP1, CDC42, and ELOF1.
