Bcl-10: Lysates

Bcl-10 (B Cell Lymphoma 10), also known as CIPER, CARMEN, mE10, clap, and c-E10, is a 26-kDa protein containing an amino-terminal Caspase-recruitment Domain (CARD) found in several apoptotic molecules. Bcl-10, together with CARMA1 and MALT1, forms part of a signal transduction pathway that triggers the activation of NFkB and JNK in response to antigen receptor ligation in T and B lymphocytes. Activation of these pathways leads to the activation, differentiation, and proliferation of specific T and B cell subsets. Chromosomal translocations of the genes encoding Bcl-10 and MALT1 contribute to the pathogenic process leading to MALT lymphomas.
