CCRL2/CRAM-A/B: Lysates
CCRL2/CRAM is a G protein-coupled receptor member of the CC chemokine subfamily of receptors. Two isoforms of CCRL2/CRAM have been reported and designated CRAM-A and CRAM-B. CRAM-A includes an additional 12 N-terminal amino acids compared to CRAM-B. Human CCRL2/CRAM-A is 356 amino acids in length with a predicted molecular weight of 41 kDa, while CCRL2/CRAM-B is 344 amino acids in length with a predicted molecular weight of 39 kDa. CCRL2/CRAM-A/B does not appear to initiate intracellular signaling and acts as a decoy receptor for CCL19.
