DDIT4L: Lysates

DDIT4L, also known as DNA damage-inducible transcript 4-like protein, is a 21.7 kDa 193 amino acid protein that regulates the TOR signaling pathway between the TSC1-TSC2 complex and AKT1, thus inhibiting cell growth. Current research is being conducted with diseases and disorders such as teratoma, melanoma, and hypoxia. The protein is involved in the TOR signaling pathway, where it interacts with SNRPG and PRKAB2.
