Engrailed-2: ELISA Kits

Engrailed-1 and Engrailed-2 are related, complimentary homeodomain-containing nuclear transcription factors that have been implicated in the control of pattern formation during development of the central nervous system. In addition to its DNA binding properties, Engrailed-2 has a signal sequence allowing secretion and forms a caudal-to-rostral gradient in the developing midbrain.
