FYB/ADAP/SLAP130: Lysates
FYB, also known as ADAP and SLAP130, is a 130 kDa hematopoietic-specific adaptor protein which contains an SH3-VASP homology 1 domain. It associates with other cytoplasmic proteins such as SH2-containing Leukocyte Phosphoprotein of 76 kDa (SLP-76). SLAP130 is phosphorylated in response to TCR/CD3 stimulation, and regulates the stability of SKAP55. A SLAP130:SKAP55 signaling module stimulates beta 1 and beta 2 integrin activation and promotes T cell-DC cell interaction.
