LILRA2/CD85h/ILT1: cDNA Clones
LILRA2, also known as ILT1, CD85h, and LIR7, is a transmembrane immunoregulatory protein that is expressed on monocytes, neutrophils, basophils, and eosinophils. Crosslinking of LILRA2 on monocytes induces cytokine production and the upregulation of Fc gamma receptors. Crosslinking also restricts monocyte differentiation into immature dendritic cells, phagocytic activity, and antigen presentation to T cells. LILRA2 binds to Angiopoietin-like 7.
