TEM7/PLXDC1: Lysates
TEM7 (Tumor Endothelial Marker 7; also TEM3 and Plexin domain-containing protein-1/PLXDC1) is an 85 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein in the plexin family of proteins. TEM7 is expressed on tumor endothelial cells, newly formed endothelial cells, and neurons, and it binds to Nidogen. Alternative splicing generates additional isoforms including potentially soluble forms.
