ELISA: NBP2-23542 can be used as a capture antibody in sandwich ELISA with NBP1-05125 as a biotinylated detection antibody. (1, 2) This antibody pair specifically detects full length 150 kDa factor H and does not cross-react with the truncated forms of factor H. (1)
WB: NBP1-05125 can be used in Western blotting.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
