Detection of Glutathione S-Transferase/GST antibody by Western Blot.

Western blot shows lysates of GST tagged ISG-15, GST tagged Ubiquitin, GST tagged FLAG®, HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line,E. colitransfected with GST tagged BRDG1-SH2, andSf21 transfected GST tagged PARK1. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Glutathione S-Transferase/GST Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9499) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Glutathione S-Transferase/GST as indicated. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Detection of c‑Myc in BG01V Human Stem Cells by Immunocytochemistry (ICC).

c-Myc was detected in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells using 10 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human/Mouse c-Myc Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3696) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Detection of HA-tagged proteins by Western Blot.

Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with N-terminal HA-tagged LGI-2, Internal Sequence HA-tagged CIGALT, and C-terminal HA-tagged FBLN. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-HA Peptide Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6875) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for HA-tagged proteins at approximately 60, 37, and 150 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
