Scientific Data Images for FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - Azide and BSA Free
Western Blot: FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12)Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-80734]
Western Blot: FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-80734] - Total protein from Ntera-2 was separated on a 7.5% gel by SDS-PAGE. Protein was transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked and probed with 1 ug/ml of anti-FGFR1. FGFR1 protein was detected at approximately 150 kDa using an anti-mouse HRP secondary antibody. Image from the standard format of this antibody.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-80734]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-80734] - NTERA2 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton-X100. The cells were incubated with FGR1 (M2F12) (NB120-829) at a 1:100 dilution overnight at 4 degrees Celsius and detected with Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Actin was detected with Phalloidin 568 (Red) at a 1:200 dilution. Nuclei were detected with DAPI (Blue) at 2.0 ug/ml in 1X PBS. Cells were imaged using a 40X objective. Image from the standard format of this antibody.Flow Cytometry: FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-80734]
Flow Cytometry: FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-80734] - Analysis of FGF R1 in HEK293 cells (2 x10^6) stained with FGF R1 antibody (NB120-829, red) at a 1:1000 dilution and detected with a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. Shown with mIgG2a isotype control (green). Two distinct samples shown. Image from the standard format of this antibody.Applications for FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - Azide and BSA Free
