Flow (Intracellular): Galectin-3 Antibody (M3/38) [NBP1-43313] - An intracellular stain was performed on RAW 246.7 cells with Galectin-3 Antibody (M3/38) NBP1-43313AF700 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 10 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Application Notes
This M3/38 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse PECs (thioglycollated elicied peritioneal cells). This can be used at less than or equal to 0.25 ug per test. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5to 10^8cells/test.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
