Scientific Data Images for Human A33 Antibody
Detection of Human A33 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human A33 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3080) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF017). A specific band was detected for A33 at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Detection of A33 in HT-29 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
HT-29 human colon carcinoma cell line was stained with Human A33 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3080, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (F0107).A33 in Human Colon.
A33 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human colon using 1.7 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human A33 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3080) overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
