Detection of Human Apolipoprotein H/ApoH by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue and an enriched HDL/LDL fraction of human plasma obtained from ultracentrifugation. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human Apolipoprotein H/ApoH Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5087) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Apolipoprotein H/ApoH at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.

Simple Western lane view shows human plasma, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Apolipoprotein H/ApoH at approximately 67 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Apolipoprotein H/ApoH Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5087) .
