Detection of CD4 in Human Blood Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB37913) or (B) Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MAB002), followed by PE-conjugated anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody (F0102B) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB100A). Lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature. Liquid small pack size (-SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
