Detection of CD63 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD63 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5048, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (MAB002, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2Secondary Antibody (F0102B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
CD63 in A549 Human Cell Line.
CD63 was detected in immersion fixed A549 human lung carcinoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human CD63 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5048) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
