Scientific Data Images for Human CTRP4/C1qTNF4 Antibody

Detection of CTRP4/C1qTNF4 antibody in A172 Human Cell Line antibody by Flow Cytometry.

Detection of CTRP4/C1qTNF4 in A172 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.

A172 human glioblastoma cell line was stained with Goat Anti-Human CTRP4/C1qTNF4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3456, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0108). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005). Background: CTRP4/C1qTNF4

Cq1TNF4, also known as CTRP4, is a secreted protein and is one of at least 9 paralogs of Acrp30/Adiponectin. Proteins in this family contain a globular C-terminal domain similar to that of the C1q and TNF ligand family. C1qTNF4 is the only family member that lacks the collagen-like domain but has two C1q domains. Mature human C1qTNF4 shares 92.4% amino acid sequence homology with the corresponding region of mouse C1qTNF4.
