Detection of Human and Mouse DNMT3A by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line, U2OS human osteosarcoma cell line, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human DNMT3A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB63151) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for DNMT3A at approximately 120 kDa (as indicated).
