Detection of Human and Mouse Preso/FRMPD4 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of IMR-32 human neuroblastoma cell line and bEnd.3 mouse endothelioma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Preso/FRMPD4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7676) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Preso/FRMPD4 at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Simple Western lane view shows lysates of bEnd.3 mouse endothelioma cell line, loaded at 0.5 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Preso/FRMPD4 at approximately 170 kDa (as indicated) using 20 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Preso/FRMPD4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7676).
