Scientific Data Images for Human MRP1 Antibody

MRP1 in Human PBMCs.

MRP1 was detected in immersion fixed Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells using Mouse Anti-Human MRP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB19291) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Staining was performed using our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.

Background: MRP1

MRP1 (Multidrug Resistance associated Protein 1), also known as ABCC1, belongs to the family of ATP-Binding Cassette (ABC) transporters. It confers multidrug resistance on tumor cells and is overexpressed in various human multidrug resistant tumor cell lines.
