Detection of Human PP14/Glycodelin by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human uterus tissue and human placenta tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human PP14/Glycodelin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB842) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for PP14/Glycodelin at approximately 28 kDa (as indicated).
