Detection of Human/Rat MafB by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line and MDA-MB-468 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human/Rat MafB Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3810) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, recombinant human MafB, MafF, MafG, and MafK were included. A specific band for MafB was detected at approximately 42 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
MafB in HepG2 Human Cell Line.
MafB was detected in immersion fixed HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human/Rat MafB Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3810) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Detection of Human MafB by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of MDA‑MB‑468 human breast cancer cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for MafB at approximately 53 kDa (as indicated) using 5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Rat MafB Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3810).
