Detection of Human SOCS-7/Nck/NAP4 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human SOCS-7/Nck/NAP4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5809) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for SOCS-7/Nck/NAP4 at approximately 63 kDa (as indicated).
