Detection of STEAP1 in HEK293 cells by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 cells transfected with Human STEAP-1 and eGFP (A) vs irrelevant and eGFP (B) were stained with Rabbit Anti-Human STEAP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB55871) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0111). Western blot shows lysates of Human prostate cancer and LNCaP. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human STEAP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB55871) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for STEAP1 at approximately 36 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Human STEAP1 by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of LNCaP human prostate cancer cells, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for STEAP1 at approximately 39 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human STEAP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB55871).
