Application
Recommended Usage

Flow Cytometry

Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
Application Notes
Optimal dilution of this antibody should be experimentally determined. For optimal results using our Tandem dyes, please avoid prolonged exposure to light or extreme temperature fluctuations. These can lead to irreversible degradation or decoupling. When staining intracellular targets, specific attention to the fixation and permeabilization steps in your flow protocol may be required. Please contact our technical support team at technical@novusbio.com if you have any questions.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.

Background: Integrin alpha 4 beta 7/LPAM-1

The lymphocyte Peyer's patch adhesion molecule (LPAM-1), also known as integrin alpha4beta7, is a member of the integrin family of cell surface receptors. It is expressed primarily on mucosal lymphocytes, but is also present on NK cells and eosinophils. The alpha4beta7 heterodimer mediates the binding of lymphocytes to its ligand, mucosal vascular addressin (MAdCAM-1) on the high endothelial venules, thereby directing the homing of lymphocytes into Peyer's patches and intestinal lamina propria. (1-4) The monoclonal antibody DATK32 recognizes a conformational epitope on the heterodimer. (1,2)
