Scientific Data Images for Mouse Bad N-Terminus Antibody
Detection of Mouse Bad N-Terminus by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line and L-929 mouse fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse Bad N-Terminus Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB850) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Bad N-Terminus at approximately 22 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.Bad in NIH‑3T3 Mouse Cell Line.
Bad was detected in immersion fixed NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line using Rat Anti-Mouse Bad N-Terminus Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB850) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL013) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
