Detects mouse CD30/TNFRSF8 in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 0.1% cross‑reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CD30, recombinant mouse (rm) TNF RI, rhTNF RI, rmTNF RII, and rhTNF RII is observed. In Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhCD30 is observed.
