Detection of Human CXCR5 by Flow Cytometry

The percentages of CD4+CXCR5+ICOS5+ T cells in peripheral blood of patients with T1D.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PMBCs) from T1D patients (n = 54) and healthy controls (n = 31) were stained with labelled antibodies as described in Methods.
