Specificity
Detects mouse Frizzled-3 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In immunohistochemistry detects mouse Frizzled-3 on differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line, D3, and on human HEK 293 cells. In direct ELISAs, no cross‑reactivity with Frizzled-1, -4, -7 or -8 is observed.
