IP: Not suitable. WB: Approx. 70 kDa band observed in rat brain lysates (calculated MW of 70.0 kDa band according to human NP_000735.1and of 70.2 kDa band according to rat NP_077330.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 22 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. An anonymous customer has reproted ~75 kDa band in both human and rat tissues as the glycoprotein.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
