Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD4 PerCP-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3791C) or (B) Mouse IgG_2APerCP Isotype Control (Catalog # IC003C) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3e APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100A). Detection of Human CD4 by Flow Cytometry

Multiple receptors and ligands are involved in NK cell-mediated lysis of activated CD4+ T cells.Role of (A) activating and (B) inhibitory NK receptors in NK cell degranulation.
