Scientific Data Images for Human CD79A Antibody
Detection of CD79A in Human Blood Monocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood monocytes treated with Recombinant Human IL-2 (202-IL) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD79A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB69201) Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (F0102B) and Mouse Anti-Human CD19 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4867A). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (MAB002).Detection of CD79A in PBMC with CD19 costain cells by Flow Cytometry.
PBMC with CD19 costain were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD19 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4867A) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD79A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB69201) or (B) Mouse IgG1 Phycoerythrin Isotype Control (Catalog # IC002P) followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B).
