Overview
For labs that require high throughput, automated RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) analysis, Bio-Techne brand Advanced Cell Diagnostics has partnered with Leica Biosystems to deliver RNAscope™ ISH automated assays.
RNAscope, BaseScope™, and miRNAscope™ assays are offered for a fully automated walk-away solution on the Leica BOND RX System by Leica Biosystems automating the Permeabilize, Hybridize, and Amplify steps of the RNAscope Workflow.
Product Portfolio
RNAscope
For targets ≥300 bases, RNAscope LS Brown or Red chromogenic single plex assays are offered with brown or red chromogenic detection options and are available in two formats for flexibility and ease of use.
RNAscope chromogenic duplex assay builds on the gold standard technology by adding the capability to simultaneously detect two RNA targets with red/brown and red/green detection options.
BaseScope
For targets 50-300 bases in length, the BaseScope LS Reagent kit offers a singleplex red detection option.
BaseScope provides an excellent solution for detection of exon junctions/splice variants and short or highly homologous RNA sequences.
miRNAscope
For targets 17-50 bases in length, the miRNAscope LS Reagent kit offers a single plex red detection option.
miRNAscope provides an excellent solution for detection of antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), microRNAs (miRNAs), small interfering RNAs (siRNAs), and other short RNAs.
RNAscope Multiomic
The RNAscope Multiomic LS assay enables 6-plex detection of both RNAs and proteins in the same tissue section for a true multiomic spatial assay.
RNAscope Plus
The RNAscope Plus smRNA-RNA LS assay provides multiplex detection of up to 3 RNAs ≥300 bases and 1 smRNA 17-50 bases in length.
RNAscope Multiplex
For multiplex detection of RNA targets ≥300 bases, RNAscope 2.5 LS Fluorescent Multiplex assay enables simultaneous detection of 3-4 RNA targets.
