Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: alpha Adaptin Antibody (AP6) - BSA Free [NB600-1545]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: alpha Adaptin Antibody (AP6) [NB600-1545] - alpha Adaptin (green), F-Actin staining with Phalloidin (red) and nuclei with DAPI (blue) is shown. Cells were grown on chamber slides and fixed with formaldehyde prior to staining. Cells were probed without (control) or with an antibody recognizing alpha Adaptin at a dilution of 1:20 over night at 4C, washed with PBS and incubated with a DyLight-488 conjugated.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: alpha Adaptin Antibody (AP6) - BSA Free [NB600-1545]

Application
Recommended Usage
Flow Cytometry
1 ug / 10^6 cells
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence
1 - 2 ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry
1:10 - 1:500
Immunoprecipitation
1:10 - 1:500
Western Blot
1:200
Application Notes
WB: Detects an approx. 100 kDa doublet representing the two isoforms of alpha-adaptin in rat brain, though alpha C is the dominant form seen. Microinjection of cells with this antibody results in variable blockade of endocytosis.
