Immunoprecipitation:Alpha-parvin/Actopaxin AntibodyNBP3-29281] -Detection of human PARVA by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PARVA antibody NBP3-29281 (lot NBP3-29281-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. PARVA was also immunoprecipitated rabbit anti-PARVA antibodies BL20805 and BL20806. For blotting immunoprecipitated PARVA, NBP3-29281 was used at 1 µg/ml.
