Application Notes
WB: Approx. 60+40 kDa band bands observed in A549 and HepG2 lysates (calculated MW of 64.9 kDa band according to NP_001660.2 and of 42.3 according to NP_033667.2).
An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 35 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
